  2. Thanks Tammy! You did a great work! The table is systematic and organized. It seems that not enough incentives is being the common problem in our workplace. In my opinion, employers can try to adjust the reward system in order to increase the motivation of staffs, such as salary adjust, allowance and annual leave.
